Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using https://windowcleaningssanclemente.com or engaging the services of San Clemente Window Cleaning. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

San Clemente Window Cleaning provides residential and commercial window cleaning services in San Clemente, CA (ZIP codes 92672 and 92673) and surrounding areas. Our services include exterior and interior window cleaning, screen cleaning, track cleaning, and related services as agreed upon at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion, including in cases of unsafe working conditions, unreasonable access restrictions, or property conditions that could compromise safety or equipment.

2. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes provided via our website, phone, or email are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to change upon physical assessment of the property.
• Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. If conditions differ materially from what was described, we will communicate any price adjustments before proceeding.
• Prices are per-visit unless a recurring service plan is explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
• Weather: We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to rain, high winds, or other weather conditions that prevent safe or effective window cleaning. We will contact us you promptly to reschedule.
• Access: You are responsible for ensuring we have safe, unobstructed access to all windows included in your service. Inability to access areas may result in those areas being excluded from the service without a price reduction.

4. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Payment terms for commercial or recurring accounts will be specified in a separate agreement.
• Returned checks will incur a $35 returned check fee in addition to any bank charges.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your window cleaning service, notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to areas that were accessible and cleaned during the original service visit.

The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to pre-existing damage, hard water etching that cannot be removed by standard cleaning, or conditions disclosed to the customer prior to service.

6. Property Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to windows, screens, frames, tracks, or sills discovered during or after service.
• Hard water mineral deposits that have permanently etched glass cannot be fully removed by window cleaning alone. We will advise you of this condition before proceeding with treatment.
• Low-E coated glass requires specific cleaning techniques. We use methods appropriate for coated glass, but we are not responsible for coating damage caused by prior improper cleaning by others.
• We are not liable for paint overspray, construction debris, or chemical staining embedded in glass prior to our service.

7. Liability Limitation

In the event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We carry general liability insurance; details are available upon request.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
